  • For small projects, we can turn around plans in as little as 24 hours. For larger projects like new builds, detailed plans can take from 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity and number of revisions required.

  • Design fees vary depending on the scope, site complexity and level of service.

    Most of our projects follow a clear, structured pricing model with a range of packages depending on the level of support and detail required.

    For more complex or unique projects, we’ll tailor a proposal to suit your specific requirements.

  • Certain development types fall under the NSW State Environmental Planning Policy’s definition of exempt development which require no formal planning approval provided your project adheres to the guidelines. Most projects will require planning approval in the form of a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or Development Application (DA)

  • A CDC allows fast-tracked approval for certain projects provided certain requirements are met. A CDC can be determined by a Private Certifier and do not need to go through Council. A CDC can be issued in as little as 14 days.

  • A development application is assessed by your local council and needs to comply with local planning rules. A DA may need to be submitted if your development does not meet the requirements for CDC or your property has certain restrictions preventing a CDC.
